Slice the leek into half rings. Cut the sausages into circles. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop them. Pour 3–3.5 liters of water into a pot, bring to a boil, and add the potatoes. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add the sausages. Add the beans. Add the tomatoes. Add the onion.
