Light creamy seafood soup is a delicate and exquisite dish inspired by Thai cuisine. The recipe is based on a combination of seafood, tuna, and cream, creating a rich yet airy flavor. The origins of such soups can be found in the culinary traditions of Southeast Asia, where seafood is paired with soft creamy notes. The mashed potatoes added to this soup give it a special velvety texture, while melted cheese harmoniously binds all the components together. With its mild taste and rich consistency, this soup is perfect for family lunches as well as cozy evenings. Easy to prepare, it warms the soul and delights with its unique tenderness.
