Peel the onion and slice it into half rings.

In a pot, heat the butter and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes, stirring, then add the garlic and green onion and fry, stirring, for about five minutes.

Mix soy sauce with starch and add to the soup.
- Soy sauce: 100 ml

While the broth with vegetables is boiling, cook the rice noodles in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, drain in a colander, and rinse with cold water. Then, add the noodles to the boiling broth and immediately turn off the heat.
