Mix yogurt (kefir) and sour cream in a bowl with a small amount of cooled boiled water to a medium thickness.
- Natural yoghurt: 1 l
- Sour cream: 100 g

Add dill, olive oil, salt, pepper, and squeeze garlic.
- Young dill: to taste
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Fresh pepper: to taste
- Garlic: 3 cloves

Whisk thoroughly with a fork or whisk.

Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and add them to the prepared sour milk mixture.
