Apple and Curry Soup

Pour Campbell's Homestyle Chicken Broth into a pot, add 750 ml of water, and bring to a boil.
- Campbell's Chicken Broth: 350 ml

Rinse the rice and add it to the boiling broth. Cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is done.
- Jasmine rice: 2 tablespoons

Peel the apples, remove the core with seeds. Grate the flesh on a coarse grater. Place the apples in another pot, add a little broth, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
- Apple: 400 g
- Campbell's Chicken Broth: 350 ml

Make apple puree using a masher or blender, then add it to a pot with broth and rice. Bring to a boil. Remove the pot from heat. Season the soup with curry.
- Curry: 1 teaspoon

Mix the yolk with sour cream and season the soup with the resulting mixture. Heat the soup while stirring, but do not bring it to a boil.
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Sour cream: 100 g
