Cream of broccoli soup with processed cheese

One of hundreds of broccoli soup options that is suitable for both adults and children. The presence of processed cheese puts it in the category of everyday. But if you want, you can add more expensive cheese - parmesan or cheddar will do. And a pinch of turmeric or curry will help make the color of the soup sunnier.

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add some vegetable oil. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 3 minutes until soft. Add broth and broccoli and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Vegetable oil: to taste
- Onion: 200 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Chicken broth: 3 glasss
- Broccoli cabbage: 450 g

In a bowl, mix milk and flour. Add to the soup and cook, stirring for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened. Season with pepper and remove from heat.
- Milk 2%: 2.5 glasss
- Wheat flour: 0.3 glass
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0.3 teaspoon

Mix the cheese and stir until it is completely melted.
- Processed cheese: 230 g

Pour a third or half of the soup into a blender and blend until smooth. Return to the pot and serve.
