Noodle with pork, ham, and tomatoes is a dish from Chinese cuisine that combines rich meat flavors with the bright freshness of tomatoes and the aroma of spices. It is not just a soup but a harmony of textures: tender pork, thin strips of ham, elastic noodles, and a light crunch of vegetables. The dish originates from the traditional Chinese practice of combining meat ingredients with noodles to create a nourishing and warming effect. It can be served as a hearty first course perfect for cold days. Tomatoes add a slight acidity to the soup balancing the richness of the meat while rosemary adds a subtle herbal note.
