Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and finely chopped shallot and sauté until soft for 7 minutes. Add peas and stir for 1 minute.

- Shallots: 100 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Green peas: 1.5 kg
