Heat butter and vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the sliced onion until soft.
- Butter: 25 g
- Vegetable oil: 5 ml
- Yellow onion: 2 heads

Add minced garlic and cook for a minute, add wine, bring to a boil, and add broth. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

- Dry white wine: 250 ml
