Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or strips, pour water over them, and set aside.

If necessary, bring the prepared broth to a boil, drain the water from the potatoes, and place them in the pot with the broth, adding salt to taste. Cook the potatoes until done.

Fry the onion and carrot until golden. Add 300 grams of tomato paste to the pan, sauté for 5 minutes while stirring, add 1-2 ladles of broth, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add 1-2 ladles of broth to the vegetables and tomato paste and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Cut the smoked sausage into strips or small cubes.

Place fried onions and carrots with tomato paste in a pot, 100 grams of olives, herbs to taste, sliced cucumbers, 2 lemon wedges, 1 bay leaf, and 1 teaspoon of pepper mix. Peel, wash, and press the garlic, then add it to the pot. Add 5 allspice berries.

Place the chopped sausage in a pot. Boil all ingredients for about 10-15 minutes. Add salt if necessary.
