Okroshka with kefir is a summer lifesaver recipe born from the depths of Russian cuisine. It refreshes, invigorates, and fills the body with beneficial substances. The base includes tender ham, crumbly potatoes, juicy cucumbers, and spicy radishes enriched with greens and poured over with chilled kefir. The taste of okroshka is unique—the light tang of kefir harmonizes with the natural freshness of vegetables and the spiciness of greens. The dish's feature is its versatility. Okroshka is served on hot days as a standalone dish or as an accompaniment to meat and fish. And shaped ice with dill adds a touch of sophistication, turning a familiar dish into a true gastronomic delight.

Prepare shaped ice in advance. For this, rinse a sprig of dill, dry it with a paper towel, and break it into small sprigs. Place one sprig in each ice mold, fill with clean water, and put the tray in the freezer.

Pour the okroshka into bowls and add 2-3 ice cubes to each bowl depending on the size of the cubes.
