Rinse the fine wheat groats (bulgur), cook in water, and drain in a sieve.
- Bulgur: 40 g

Transfer the cooked grain to a pot, pour in grape juice, and bring to a boil.
- Grape juice: 250 ml

Remove the pot from heat, add sugar and butter, and mix well.
