Dilute matsoni with cold boiled water in a 1:1 ratio.
- Matsoni: 200 ml

Wash and finely chop fresh cucumbers (small), dill, cilantro, and parsley.
- Cucumbers: 100 g
- Parsley: 100 g
- Coriander: to taste
- Dill: to taste

Wash the green onion and chop it finely.
- Green onions: to taste

Transfer the prepared greens to a dish with diluted matsoni, add salt to taste, and mix well.
