Pour hot water into the pot, add salt and pepper, and add finely chopped and fried onion.

Peel the potatoes, chop them, and add to the soup.
- Potato: 80 g

Sort the rice, rinse it, add to the soup.

Cook the soup until the rice is ready.

Add the cleaned, washed, and chopped young nettle 15 minutes before serving and bring to a boil.
