Sort and rinse the large white beans. Place in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until done.
- White beans: 25 g
- Salt: to taste

Drain the beans in a colander, then pass them through a meat grinder, mix again with the broth and add salt.

Add peeled, washed, and coarsely chopped potatoes to the boiled beans.

Chop the onion finely and sauté in oil. Add to the soup.

Roast the flour and add it as well.

Add pre-soaked dried plums (aluche), salt, pepper, and cook the soup until the potatoes are done.
