Sort and wash the large white beans, place them in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until done.
- White beans: 50 g

Drain the beans in a colander, then pass them through a meat grinder, mix again with the broth and add salt.

Add finely chopped and sautéed onion, roasted flour mixed with broth to the soup, and bring it to a boil over low heat while stirring.
