Prepare mushroom broth and strain it.
- Dried mushrooms: 20 g

Chop the boiled mushrooms finely and add them to the broth.

Add finely chopped fried onion in oil, roasted flour diluted with broth, washed yellow dried plum (albukhara) or prunes, raisins and bring the soup to a boil.
