Beef soup with wheat groats

Cook meat broth.
- Beef: 125 g

During boiling, add the peeled carrot cut into four parts.
- Carrot: 20 g

Strain the prepared broth.

Add pre-soaked wheat groats to the broth and cook until ready.
- Wheat flour: 30 g

After that, add finely chopped and fried onion in oil, soaked dried plums (apricots) to the soup, salt it, and bring to a boil.

- Cherry plum: 10 g
