Strain the beef broth and cut the meat into pieces.
- Beef: 125 g

In the strained broth, add the sorted and washed lentils, then add pieces of beef, finely chopped and sautéed onions, large chopped potatoes, salt, pepper and cook the soup until the lentils are ready.
- Lentils: 50 g
- Beef: 125 g
- Onion: 25 g
- Melted butter: 10 g
- Potato: 100 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Serve the soup sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
