Beef soup with beetroot

Boil the broth and strain it. Cut the steamed meat into pieces.
- Beef: 125 g

Fry the beetroot, cut into strips, in oil until it becomes soft.
- Beet: 200 g
- Melted butter: 15 g

Roast the flour separately until it turns yellow, then dilute it with strained broth while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.
- Wheat flour: 3 g

After that, pour the diluted flour into the remaining broth, add the prepared beetroot, pieces of meat, salt, and pepper, and cook the soup for 8-10 minutes.
