Beef soup with quince

Strain the beef broth and cut the meat into pieces.

Cut the quince into pieces without peeling and cook separately with sugar.
- Quince: 100 g

In hot strained broth, add finely chopped and fried onion, cooked quince with its juice, pieces of meat, coarsely chopped potatoes, salt, pepper and cook the soup until the potatoes are fully cooked.
