In a small pot, melt butter over low heat. Sauté chopped celery, potatoes, and leeks for 15 minutes.
- Butter: 25 g
- Celery stalk: 350 g
- Potato: 110 g
- Leek: 2 pieces

Pour in the broth (it should be hot, can be made from a cube), add celery seeds and salt. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
