Boil broth from meat, 1 carrot, 1 onion, and a stalk of celery. After boiling, be sure to remove the foam, then lower the heat and cook for 2-3 hours. When the broth is ready, remove the cooked vegetables and meat with a slotted spoon.

Cool the meat from the broth and cut it into small cubes.

Sort the sorrel, wash it, cut off the stems, and slice it into strips.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks.

Peel the onion and chop it into cubes.

Add potatoes to the prepared broth and boil for 5-6 minutes.

Add chopped boiled meat to the soup.

Add sorrel, bring to a boil and immediately turn off the heat. Do not boil at all.

Season with greens and let the soup steep for 15 minutes — the sorrel and herbs will fully release their aromas.

Boil the eggs hard for 8 minutes after boiling. Cool in cold water. Serve on the table with sour cream and boiled egg.
