Potato soup in meat broth is a classic dish of Russian cuisine that is warming and nutritious. Its origin traces back to the traditions of peasant cooking, where simple, accessible ingredients were transformed into rich, aromatic soups. This soup has a rich flavor thanks to the meat broth in which potatoes and root vegetables are cooked, while sautéed onions add a slight sweetness.
