Milk soup with turnip, cabbage and potatoes

The simplest soup that can be made when it seems like there's nothing left in the house. Provided that you have turnips on hand.

Grate the turnip and carrot on a coarse grater, place in a glass pot, add oil, and sauté lightly for 3-4 minutes.

Add diced potatoes and cubed white cabbage. Pour in boiling milk, add salt, cover with a lid, and cook for 5-6 minutes. Stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes until done.
