Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, then cut into 5 mm cubes. Hard boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them the same way as the potatoes. Cut cucumbers and ham into the same cubes. Slice radishes into thin strips. Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and serve in deep plates.
- Potato: 120 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Mix sour cream with cream and grated horseradish, add mustard and stir until smooth.
- Sour cream: 30 g
- Creamy Horseradish: 20 g
- Grated horseradish: 30 g
- Dijon mustard: 15 g

Add horseradish and mustard dressing to each plate, pour kvass or kefir, mix. Sprinkle with chopped greens and serve.
