Boil the cauliflower with a clove of garlic for 15-20 minutes.
- Cauliflower: 200 g
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Water: 50 ml

Melt gorgonzola (or another blue cheese) in cream.
- Gorgonzola cheese: 20 g
- Cream: 50 ml

Combine the cheese-cream mixture with boiled cauliflower and blend with a blender.
- Cauliflower: 200 g
- Gorgonzola cheese: 20 g
- Cream: 50 ml

Before serving, crush the smoked almonds, sprinkle them over the warm soup, and drizzle with aloe honey. Optionally, garnish with cheese chips.
