Creamy spinach soup is an exquisite dish of Italian cuisine, infused with tenderness and freshness. Its history is linked to Italy's culinary tradition, where spinach is used to create light yet rich dishes. This soup has a velvety texture thanks to the cream, which harmoniously blends with the slight acidity of spinach and the sweet aroma of onion. A hint of freshly ground black pepper adds spiciness, while an egg garnish makes the dish even more refined. It can be served as a standalone dish or as an exquisite start to a meal. The soup warms on cool evenings and provides a sense of home comfort. It is perfect for lovers of delicate creamy flavors, creating a balance between creamy texture and the natural freshness of spinach.
