Vegetable soup with sausages

A quick and easy soup recipe for when you want a meaty flavor but don't have a piece of meat or chicken on hand.

Bring the water to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the boiling water with fragrant pepper, cooking on low heat.
- Water: 3 l
- Potato: 4 pieces
- Allspice peas: 3 pieces

Peel the onion and carrot. Dice the onion into small cubes and cut the carrot into quarter rounds.
- Onion: 1 head

Fry the onion until golden, add the carrot and continue frying until soft, stirring constantly to prevent the vegetables from burning. Then add everything to the potatoes.

Cut the sausages into half circles. Remove seeds from the pepper and dice it finely. Add peas, pepper, and sausages to the soup 5-10 minutes before it's done.
