Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Peel the garlic and onion. Dice the onion. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds, slice one part into thin strips for serving, and chop the remaining part randomly.
- Cucumbers: 700 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Red onion: 0.5 head
- Chili pepper: 1 piece

Put cucumbers, onion, garlic, chili, yogurt, 1 tablespoon of oil, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender. Add 50 ml of drinking water and blend until smooth for 2-3 minutes. If necessary, add another 50 ml of water to achieve the desired soup thickness.
- Cucumbers: 700 g

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Mint: 1 sprig
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
