Soak the beans overnight in cold water, then drain and boil the beans in four liters of water for an hour. Cook the lentils separately for 20 minutes. Cut the smoked meats into large cubes and add them to the beans, cooking for 15-20 minutes.
- Red beans: 450 g
- Green-brown lentils: 300 g
- Smoked tongue: 1 piece

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, chop the onion, and sauté them in melted butter, stirring occasionally.

Chop the tomatoes coarsely, add them to the pot with the beans, also add the vegetable sauté and cooked lentils. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 10 minutes.
