In a small saucepan, heat sesame oil, remove from heat and add diced garlic. Let it cool.

Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, add a pinch of brown sugar and 20 ml of soy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
- Minced pork: 300 g

- Soy sauce: 50 ml

Heat the broth, take some hot broth from the pot, mix it with miso paste until smooth and pour it into the pot with the broth. Add 30 ml of soy sauce and salt to taste.

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes. Then cool them, peel, and cut in half. Slice the onion into thin rings.
