Prepare all the ingredients: thaw the squid (you can soak them in warm water for a short time), then remove the skin. Cut the squid into rings or strips.

- Frozen shrimp: 1 kg

We chop the onion into small cubes.

We grate the tomato.

We put water to boil, add salt, whole peppercorns, and bay leaves.

We throw the squid and shrimp into slightly salted boiling water with bay leaf and peppercorns for 3 minutes. If the shrimp are unpeeled, they need to be cleaned after boiling, having cooled them in cold water first.

Fry the onion in butter.
- Butter: 20 g

Add peeled shrimp and squid to the pan. Stir. Fry for 3 minutes. *If desired, at this stage, you can add 3-4 tablespoons of dry wine and let the alcohol evaporate.

- Frozen shrimp: 1 kg
- Dry white wine: to taste

Add cream (in the amount needed for the sauce), grated tomato, and spices. * Take a small amount of warm cream, mix in flour for sauce thickness. Then add it back to the pan. Stir everything.

We cook the squid and shrimp for 2-3 minutes. At the end, we add the crushed garlic.
