Dressing with orange and lime juice

This exquisite French dressing with orange and lime juices is the perfect complement to fresh salads, seafood, and even roasted vegetables. Inspired by Mediterranean traditions, it combines the sweetness of orange, the slight tartness of lime, and the richness of extra virgin olive oil. Honey adds a delicate caramel note while shallots provide a piquant depth of flavor. A special technique for reducing orange juice enhances its richness, making the taste more concentrated. This dressing can be used not only in salads but also as a marinade for fish or white meat. Shake all ingredients in a closed container to achieve a perfectly balanced sauce that will transform any dish and add freshness and elegance.
