Olive guacamole is an original interpretation of the classic Mexican sauce that has gained popularity worldwide. At its base is tender avocado with a creamy texture and subtle nutty flavor. The addition of olives gives the dish a piquant and slightly salty note, while fresh tomatoes, herbs, and spices enrich the taste with freshness and aroma. Lemon juice complements the composition, highlighting the softness of the avocado and refreshing the flavor. This dish is perfect as a dip for crispy nachos, as an accompaniment to meat and vegetable dishes, or simply as a spread on toast. Guacamole is not only a gastronomic delight but also a true vitamin bomb filled with healthy fats, vitamins, and antioxidants.
