Boil the mussels, drain the juice into a bowl and strain. Chop the garlic and sauté. Add finely chopped zucchini, and after 5 minutes, add sun-dried tomatoes and chopped parsley.
- Mussels: 1 kg
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Zucchini: 1 piece
- Sun-dried tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Parsley: to taste

Sauté for 5 minutes, then add wine and mussel juice. When the liquid evaporates a bit, add quartered cherry tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes. Finally, add mussels and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
