Habanero pepper sauce is a true fiery element of Mexican cuisine. This sauce is known for its intense heat and citrus notes that give it a refreshing touch. Habanero is one of the hottest peppers in the world, but the combination with onion, garlic, and lemon juice softens its fiery character while adding depth of flavor. Extra virgin olive oil gives the dish a velvety texture, and salt completes the perfect balance. Traditionally, this sauce is used in Mexican cuisine to add spiciness to meat, fish, tacos, and burritos. Caution: even a small drop can ignite a true gastronomic fire!
