Pesto made from parsley, walnuts, and flaxseeds is an original version of the classic Italian sauce that combines the freshness of greens, nutty richness, and the spiciness of flaxseeds. Italian cuisine is known for its simple yet expressive flavors, and this pesto is a vivid confirmation of that. Toasted walnuts give it a deep, oily hue while flaxseeds add a light crunch. Parsley provides freshness while garlic and parmesan enrich the flavor with spicy notes. This sauce pairs perfectly with pasta, vegetables or toast and can also serve as a great complement to roasted meat or fish. Its rich and multifaceted taste makes any dish special, filling it with Mediterranean motifs and aromas.
