Chop the garlic and cut the tomatoes (for this appetizer, use colorful cherry tomatoes - red and yellow) in half.
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Cherry tomatoes: 300 g

Heat a pot over medium heat, pour in olive oil, add a pinch of oregano, garlic, and capers (without liquid), cherry tomatoes, and sauté while stirring. Add salt and pepper, then add butter and balsamic vinegar (about 3 tablespoons or more). Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes, remove from heat, and serve hot or cool to room temperature.
