In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and add chopped onion and chopped chili pepper. Sauté over medium heat for about 3 minutes until soft.
- Vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons
- Onion: 60 g
- Red chili pepper: 10 g

Add ketchup, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and Tabasco, bring to a boil, and add blueberries. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Ketchup: 0.3 glass
- Rice vinegar: 0.3 glass
- Brown sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard: 3 tablespoons
- TABASCO®: 1 teaspoon
- Blueberry: 320 g

Pour the sauce into a blender and blend. Then strain through a sieve, add salt and pepper.
