Place 1 handful of washed and dried wild garlic leaves in a bowl. Pour olive oil over them and leave overnight.

Pour olive oil into a 750 ml bottle and add 6 fresh wild garlic leaves with stems. Leave for a few hours until the leaves absorb the oil and turn dark green.
