Sweet spicy sauce for meat is a vivid embodiment of Georgian cuisine, where sweet and fiery notes harmoniously intertwine. Its origin is rooted in the traditions of Georgian cooks who skillfully combined peppers, vinegar, and spices to create rich sauces for meat dishes. This sauce has a rich sweet taste with fiery spiciness due to red sweet pepper and hot chili. Its thick consistency perfectly complements meat, whether it's roasted lamb, beef, or chicken. The flavor unfolds even more when marinated, adding depth to the taste of meat dishes. Thanks to its sugary note, it softens the heat, making the flavor balanced. It has a long shelf life and remains an ideal addition for festive and everyday meals.
