Peel the cornichons or other small pickles from the skin and seeds, chop them into small cubes, lightly squeeze, and add to the prepared mayonnaise.
- Cucumbers: 100 g
- Mayonnaise: 1.5 jar

Add 1 tablespoon of any spicy sauce (ketchup), preferably containing apple puree, and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
