Galettes with feta cheese, spinach, and pine nuts are an exquisite treat born from British culinary traditions. These crispy golden pastries made from puff pastry hide a harmonious blend of the creamy taste of feta, fresh spinach greens, and the nutty aroma of pine nuts. A light hint of nutmeg adds a piquant touch to the dish, while delicate shavings of Parmesan complete the composition with their rich flavor. Galettes are delightful both hot and cold; they make an ideal appetizer or light dinner. They can be served with a green salad or a glass of white wine, enjoying the subtle balance of flavors that makes this dish truly special.
