Simple Marinade for Grilled Fish
1 serving
5 minutes
Marinade of 5 ingredients - oil, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper, you can also add any greens you like. It maximally preserves the natural taste of any fish cooked over an open fire. It is suitable for both the most delicate sea bass and river trout, with which you need to be especially delicate when marinating, and for the much brighter mackerel, whose lemon sourness removes unnecessary bitterness.
