Mayonnaise without eggs

Eggless mayonnaise is a light and healthy sauce inspired by Italian cuisine. It is based on delicate milk, aromatic spices, and almonds, giving it a velvety texture and rich flavor. This mayonnaise is the perfect solution for those avoiding eggs but wanting to enjoy a thick and creamy sauce. It can be used in salads, spread on sandwiches, or served with fresh vegetables. The light tang of lemon harmoniously complements the nutty and spicy notes, creating a balanced taste. It is quick and easy to prepare: all ingredients are blended together, then the sauce is chilled to gain thickness and richness. This recipe is a great example of how traditional cooking can adapt while remaining just as delicious and refined.
