Clean the mushrooms, sort them by size, trim the roots (remove the skin from the butter mushrooms), then carefully rinse in cold water and drain well using a sieve.
- Fresh mushrooms: 1 kg

Pour water into a pot, add vinegar and salt, then add the prepared mushrooms and start cooking.
- Vinegar: 0.5 glass

When the water boils, remove the formed foam, add spices (bay leaf, pepper, clove, cinnamon, dill), and boil for another 20-25 minutes, while gently stirring the mushrooms for even cooking.
