Lime sauce with mustard and poppy seeds

Another version of vinaigrette, which sounds exotic thanks to the lime sourness and poppy seeds. This sauce is especially suitable for salads of baked vegetables, as well as compositions with smoked duck breast and berries (strawberries or raspberries). Just don't overdo it: add the sauce little by little and taste it all the time, it should add intrigue to the salad, and not drown out the taste of the main ingredients.

1
Squeeze lime into a jar with a screw cap, add honey, mustard, and olive oil.
- Lime: 0.5 piece
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Grainy mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
2
Pass the garlic through a press into the same jar.
- Garlic: 2 cloves
3
Close the jar with a lid and shake it well (maybe while dancing) until the sauce turns into a thick creamy emulsion.
4
Unscrew the lid, pour the poppy seeds into the jar, close it again, and shake to distribute the poppy seeds in the sauce.
- Poppy: 0.5 tablespoon
