Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Vegetable oil: 200 ml
- Coconut oil: 100 ml
- Tofu: 100 g
- Dijon mustard: 4 teaspoons
- Almond milk: 200 ml
- Lime juice: 3 tablespoons
- White wine vinegar: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Transfer the mayonnaise to a jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the sauce infuse. After that, you can use it to dress any salads like regular mayonnaise.
