Remove all excess tendons from the chicken breast. Cut the cooked fillet into small pieces, preferably into strips.

The meat needs to be marinated. It's best to use red onion as it provides a pleasant taste and a nice appearance. Place the chicken fillet in a separate dish, add the onion, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix everything well. Leave the meat to marinate for about 20 minutes.

While the meat is cooking, let's prepare the pepper. Wash all the peppers and remove the seeds and stems. Cut the resulting vegetable into thin strips. The strips should be as thin and small as possible. Pour vegetable oil into a pan, add the marinated meat, and fry until cooked. Then add the pepper and simmer for another 7 minutes.

To make the sauce, place sour cream in a bowl and add ground red pepper. Mix everything well until uniform in color. Wash and dry the salad, tearing it into large pieces. Heat the tortilla in a pan on all sides. Place a leaf of salad in the center of the hot tortilla. Grate semi-hard cheese on a medium grater.

Place the fried meat with pepper on a lettuce leaf. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the meat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream sauce (sour cream + pepper) on top. Fold the tortilla in half. Here is the traditional Mexican dish, tacos, ready.
